Beginning with the development of a master plan in 1993, Carondolet High School (800 students) campus and building improvements have been designed and constructed in seven phases. Improvements include reconfiguring a cafeteria to provide spaces for campus ministry-student activities, art classroom, yearbook, student store, bookroom and offices; expanding a gymnasium (7,600sf); renovating the library/computer center (6,200sf), science wing, and faculty room; adding a parking garage (22,600sf) with rooftop tennis courts; modernizing 18 classrooms to include state-of-the-art technology/media capabilities; and constructing a new cafeteria/multi-use building (16,000sf). The final phase includes a new gymnasium and aquatic center.
