30 Van Ness Residential and Office High-Rise

CSDA is currently providing acoustical consulting services for the 30 Van Ness Avenue project in San Francisco, CA. The project consists of the construction of a 46-story building divided into a 37-story residential area of 335 condominiums, including 84 below-market-rate (BMR) units. It will also include a 9-story office space with terraces. There will be indoor amenity areas such as fitness and spa on the tenth floor.

The scope of acoustical consulting services includes sound isolation, room acoustics, MEP/HVAC noise, construction site visits, design input, and facade acoustical design and construction noise monitoring program. Our involvement begins with Schematic Design and ends with Construction Administration.
