Lagunitas School District – District Wide Modernizations

CSDA was selected to be the campus architect for the Lagunitas School District’s 47,249 sq.ft. district-wide campus modernization of two elementary schools and one middle school. Phase 1 focused on modernizing classrooms to provide 21st Century learning environments. Phase 2 focused on outdoor classrooms and the exterior environment. CSDA’s Needs Assessment Plan had four critical elements: establish a vision through stakeholder consensus, evaluate existing facilities, identify the needs and opportunities for campus improvements, and create concept design options with associated costs, prioritizing the scope of work.
