Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Residential Sound Insulation (RSI) Program

CSDA|Hill has been selected by Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) to administer a new Los Angeles International Airport Residential Sound Insulation Program (LAX-RSI) to provide acoustical modifications to qualifying residents impacted by aircraft noise within the 65 dB CNEL noise contour in the communities surrounding LAX. Approximately 1,150 impacted residential units are within the City of El Segundo with another estimated 400-500 residential units in the City of Los Angeles. LAWA aims to complete the work within seven years.
