Mission Bay South Block 9A Affordable Housing

CSDA is providing acoustical consulting for Mission Bay South Block 9A located in San Francisco, CA. The development consists of an eight-story building of approximately 148 residential for-sale condominiums ranging from (50) one-bedroom units, (63) two-bedroom units, and (35) three-bedroom units. All units will be affordable, and available to households earning 80% – 110% AMI. Amenities will include a lobby, business center, package room, community room, exercise room, children’s play and yoga lounge, bicycle storage, and two large outdoor terraces on Level 2 and Level 8 to be used at all times of the day.

Our services include acoustic measurements, design input, sound isolation, construction site visits, MEP/HVAC noise, room acoustics, and facade noise reduction design. Our consulting includes an environmental noise study, schematic design review, design development review, construction document review, assistance with permitting, bidding and negotiation assistance as well as construction administration.
