Sunnybrae Elementary School MPR Building

As one of the 2016 Measure X, Phase 2 projects, CSDA designed a Multipurpose building (7800 sf) and an outdoor lunch shelter (2783 sf) and related sitework for the Sunnybrae Elementary School Campus. The multipurpose building includes: multiuse space for approximately 300 people; platform with curtains, projection screen, and projector. Table and chair storage, warming kitchen and student serving area, restrooms, PTA storage, PE office, PE storage and Playworks storage. Also included are small education spaces for Reading, Resource Specialist and TOSA.

Sitework includes: relocated play structures, new synthetic turf track, and new outdoor courts for volleyball, basketball, track, and elementary kickball/baseball.
